5 EASY WAYS TO USE BBQ LEFTOVERS

Weekend gatherings with friends and family can’t be beat! Enjoying good company, making memories, and, of course, cooking and eating delicious food are at the top of the list! We live for these experiences, and we’re left with the satisfaction of feeling full - full hearts, full bellies, and full refrigerators. Here are some ideas to help you get creative with the leftovers.

LEFTOVER BRATS

Reheating brats and eating them with kraut and mustard is always good, but if you’re looking to change it up, try adding the sausages (cut up) to your favorite breakfast casserole. We recommend trying this one: BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE.

LEFTOVER BURGERS

It’s not often that we have leftover burgers, but when we do, we like to transform them into these Sloppy Joes: SHORTCUT SLOPPY JOES. You get the saucy goodness that’s expected from a classic Sloppy Joe and the smoke flavor from the leftover burger which takes this dish to another level!

LEFTOVER BRISKET

There are so many ways to get creative with brisket leftovers but one of our favorites is brisket tacos. We recommend this recipe: SLOW COOKER BARBACOA TACOS. The already tender meat gets a boost from the sauce and breaks down even more. Of course, you’ll get a smokey component that can’t be beat! These are delicious!

LEFTOVER PULLED PORK

Pork also has so many delicious uses: tacos, sandwiches, and more. Sometimes, though, a heaping plate of BBQ Pork Nachos just hits the spot. Enough said! Try this recipe: BBQ PORK LOADED NACHOS

LEFTOVER CHICKEN

Did you smoke a whole chicken this weekend? Maybe grilled some chicken breasts or thighs. If so, we recommend taking the leftovers and putting them on this BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA. It’s a tasty change up and and an easy way to elevate your pizza game!
