Recipe: Grilled Beef Kofta and Garden Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
1 ripe tomato
3 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 Old Station Craft Meats Moroccan Beef Kofta Kabobs
1 loaf of Big Sky Bread garlic focaccia
Instructions:
Chop tomato
Combine salt, pepper and oregano. Combine oil with spices and mix
Toss oil and spice mixture with chopped tomato
Grill the beef kofta kabobs over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees
Serve the kabobs and tomato salad along with toasted garlic focaccia bred or rice
