Recipe: Grilled Beef Kofta and Garden Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe tomato

  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 Old Station Craft Meats Moroccan Beef Kofta Kabobs

  • 1 loaf of Big Sky Bread garlic focaccia

Instructions:

  • Chop tomato

  • Combine salt, pepper and oregano. Combine oil with spices and mix

  • Toss oil and spice mixture with chopped tomato

  • Grill the beef kofta kabobs over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees

  • Serve the kabobs and tomato salad along with toasted garlic focaccia bred or rice
