Ribeye Philly Cheesesteaks

Beat the heat and give your grill a break with Nick’s favorite recipe for stovetop Philly Cheesesteaks —> wit or wit-out but always wit-whiz (#iykyk).

First, stop by the shop and pick up some Ribeye. We have some pre-sliced and ready to go! Also, grab some fresh Big Sky Bread Bakery brat buns, while you’re at it.

You’ll also need:

  • Green bell peppers

  • Onion

  • Cheez Whiz

At home:

  1. Sautee bell peppers and onions until softened and carmelized around the edges.

  2. Over medium heat, spread the ribeye out in an even layer in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until medium-rare (or desired doneness), stirring regularly.

  3. Reduce heat and add pepper-onion mixture to cooked meat.

  4. Spoon meat and veggies onto a buttered and toasted roll.

  5. Drizzle (or soak) veggies + meat with warmed Cheez Whiz.

  6. Enjoy!
