The Brinkmeyer Family Ranch is a local well-established family business that prides themselves in providing food security. Their goal is always to manage their beef business to be the best possible stewards of their land and livestock and to provide the most tender and flavorful beef cuts. The cattle we source from the Brinkmeyers are cattle that were born and raised on their farm. We have a great partnership with the Brinkmeyer family. Joel Brinkmeyer, the owner of Brinkmeyer Family Farms, delivers the carcass beef to our shop several times a month. We appreciate the opportunity to look over the product and discuss it with him at the time of delivery. We believe that this interaction between farmer and butcher helps both the Brinkmeyers and Old Station Craft Meats deliver a better product to our customers.
