The Waukee American Legion’s top priority is helping veterans. They do this by assisting veterans with food, money or any other service that he or she may need. The Waukee American Legion does this through various fund-raising events. During the summer months the Waukee American Legion raises funds through sales of freshly grilled hamburgers at the Waukee Farmers’ Market. This summer get down to the Waukee Farmers’ Market to support a great cause and enjoy a great Old Station Craft Meats hamburger expertly prepared by the American Legion grill masters.
