LAMB

One hundred percent of our lamb meat comes from independent central Iowa farmers. Most of the lamb we source is a result of cross-breeding. Our farmers select the breeds in order to produce excellent meat producing traits. All of the lamb that we source from our local farmers is very tender and mild in flavor, much different than the imported lamb our customers were previously accustomed to buying from national grocers or big box stores. Imported lamb does not benefit from the superior feed sources we have in Iowa.
