While we’d prefer to source our beef in whole animal form directly from local farmers, there are limitations in the quantity of certain cuts that we can get from a whole animal. Upper Iowa Beef helps us bridge this gap, so we can provide our customers with a full array of beef cuts without sacrificing the quality of product or our commitment to remaining transparent and sourcing locally.
